Latham & Watkins has added Chris Hutchison as a partner in its Project Development & Finance Practice in Washington, D.C., further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across energy and infrastructure. Hutchison’s practice spans the full capital stack and project life cycle, from early-stage structuring and construction financing to equity investments, permanent debt, joint ventures, tax equity and tax credit monetization, M&A exits, and workouts and restructurings.
