Latham & Watkins announced that Oliver Seiler and David Rath will rejoin the firm’s Frankfurt office as partners in the Capital Markets Practice. Seiler and Rath bring a wealth of experience advising issuers, private equity sponsors, and underwriters in a broad range of domestic and international equity capital markets transactions.
Seiler and Rath advise on the wide spectrum of equity capital markets transactions, including landmark IPOs, spin-offs, and capital raisings. And they also advise companies on a variety of post-listing matters, including German stock corporate and capital markets law, and M&A and general takeover law matters.
Seiler and Rath will be rejoining Latham from White & Case.
