Throughout his career, Thomas has handled various complex deals, including control transactions, minority GP stakes transactions, and structured equity transactions. His comprehensive understanding of the industry allows him to navigate the often intricate regulatory frameworks that govern asset management M&A deals, as well as providing innovative solutions for GP liquidity issues.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Thomas worked at Fried Frank, gaining valuable experience that has shaped his approach to legal strategy and client service. He holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
