By Amit Chowdhry ● Jul 27, 2026

Lattice Semiconductor has completed its acquisition of AMI, which was first announced on May 4, 2026. The acquisition creates a secure management and control platform combining Lattice’s low power FPGA expertise with AMI’s platform firmware and infrastructure manageability technology.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to gross margin, free cash flow, and earnings per share on a non-GAAP basis, and supports Lattice’s trajectory toward a $1 billion or greater annual revenue run rate by the end of 2026. AMI will operate as a dedicated business unit within Lattice under the name AMI, a Lattice Company, continuing to be led by CEO Sanjoy Maity, who will report to Lattice CEO Ford Tamer.

Lattice expects to provide additional information on AMI’s operating results when it reports second quarter 2026 results on August 4, 2026.
