Lattis Management has completed a second capital close for its flagship Lattis LP vehicle and launched infrastructure-focused Lattis Infrastructure LP, securing more than $100 million in investor commitments during the early part of the third quarter.
The fundraising was anchored by a Northeastern institutional investor managing more than $25 billion in assets.
Additional commitments came from family offices and institutional investors across North America and Asia-Pacific.
Lattis provides infrastructure and commodities solutions focused on the middle-market energy sector.
The second close gives the firm additional capital to pursue a pipeline of infrastructure investment opportunities as it continues fundraising for the vehicles.
Management said the firm expects to conclude fundraising in the near term.
Alongside the fund closing, Lattis appointed Tatiana Izquierdo Head of Finance.
Izquierdo joins the firm’s New York team from The Visualize Group.
She brings more than a decade of experience involving private equity structures, evergreen investment vehicles, accounting and investor reporting.
Izquierdo previously held finance positions at Two Sigma Investments, Leeds Equity Partners and PwC.
Her appointment expands Lattis’ internal infrastructure as the firm increases capital under management and deploys investments through its flagship and infrastructure vehicles.
