Lauletta Birnbaum has acquired Philadelphia-based litigation boutique Harty Williams, strengthening its capabilities in complex commercial disputes and expanding its national litigation platform.
The transaction brings veteran trial attorneys Thomas S. Harty and John B. Williams to Lauletta Birnbaum, adding decades of combined experience in high-stakes litigation matters. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2016, Harty Williams has built a reputation representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes, including commercial litigation, defamation, real estate matters, contract disputes and other high-stakes cases across state and federal courts in the United States. The firm has operated out of Philadelphia with additional presence in Haddonfield, Doylestown, and Washington, D.C.
Lauletta Birnbaum said the acquisition enhances its ability to handle sophisticated legal matters across a range of areas, including business, securities, copyright, estate and shareholder disputes. The firm is positioning itself to meet increasing client demand for comprehensive litigation services on a national scale.
