LCNB Wealth: Michael Miller Prepares To Retire And Joshua Shapiro Takes Expanded Leadership Role

LCNB Corp. has announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Officer Michael Miller will retire on March 31, 2027, following a period in which LCNB Wealth nearly quadrupled its assets under management.

Under Miller’s leadership, AUM increased from approximately $457 million at the end of 2016 to approximately $1.68 billion as of June 30, 2026.

Miller joined LCNB in 2017 and has overseen the company’s trust, investment and wealth management businesses.

Ruppert, who has spent 18 years with LCNB Wealth, will provide executive leadership and oversight following Miller’s retirement.

Shapiro has more than 25 years of legal, trust and wealth management experience and joined LCNB in 2016. He previously held leadership positions at Stock Yards Bank & Trust and First Financial Bank and practiced law with Taft Stettinius & Hollister.
