LeadDesk Acquires Fluentic To Expand Multilingual Customer Service Capabilities

LeadDesk announced it has acquired the Finnish AI-powered translation solution Fluentic from Fluentic Oy in a trade sale, adding AI-based translation and automation tools to help contact centers deliver more consistent customer service across multiple languages while improving efficiency.

Fluentic has served corporate customers since 2007 and provides AI-based translation and automation solutions for customer service. Its customer base includes international brands such as Finnair, Iberia, Yamaha, and Volvo Cars.

LeadDesk said the deal supports its strategy of strengthening its product portfolio in a consolidating European contact center as a service market, and that Fluentic’s technology complements its existing AI-powered solutions by enabling enhanced customer experiences in multilingual contact center environments.

The acquired business generated approximately €0.5 million in revenue in the 2025 financial year, the company said, adding that it has not yet published financial guidance for the 2026 financial year.

Under the terms of the transaction, two employees will join LeadDesk, and the company has drawn a €0.3 million bank loan to finance the acquisition. Financial terms beyond that were not disclosed.
