Leah, an agentic AI company behind Leah Agentic OS, has entered into a partnership with PwC UK to help organizations design, deploy, and scale coordinated AI agents as they build modern operating models within Global Business Services. The companies said the collaboration combines PwC UK’s industry and functional expertise with Leah’s agentic operating system to support the design and stand-up of new operating models across shared services environments.

Leah positioned the partnership as a move beyond traditional GBS priorities such as standardization and cost efficiency, toward operating models focused on outcomes, adaptability, and continuous improvement. The company said Leah Agentic OS brings together orchestrators, intelligent flows, and domain-specific agents designed to reason, act, and collaborate across end-to-end enterprise processes.

PwC UK framed the effort around client demand for coordinated, agent-driven work across multiple functions rather than isolated point solutions. The firms said the collaboration is intended to help organizations shift away from fragmented, task-based approaches and toward end-to-end outcomes and consistent decision-making across shared services.

Leah said the relationship builds on an existing alliance with PwC UK and reinforces Leah’s role as a technology partner aligned with PwC UK’s AI-led transformation agenda. The companies also characterized the partnership as part of a broader industry shift toward agentic operating systems that can operate across core business functions, with an emphasis on how work is coordinated, governed, and scaled in Global Business Services.

Leah, formerly ContractPodAi, said it enables enterprises to build, orchestrate, and govern intelligent agents across legal, procurement, finance, and other functions. The company said it evolved from its Contract Lifecycle Management and Leah Legal offerings and now focuses on enterprise-wide agentic orchestration with a cloud-agnostic architecture.
