LearnUpon secured access to a $50 million growth financing facility from Claret Capital Partners to accelerate product development, international expansion, and strategic acquisitions.
The non-dilutive financing comes as LearnUpon expands its Agentic Learning Platform and positions the business for growth during the broader shift toward enterprise AI adoption.
LearnUpon said the capital will support accelerated investment across both organic growth initiatives and acquisition opportunities.
The company’s Agentic Learning Platform is designed to reduce administrative workload in corporate and external learning programs by using AI agents to execute operational tasks.
Under LearnUpon’s model, learning leaders and executive teams define business goals, organizational priorities, and compliance requirements, while AI agents handle workflows such as content curation, skill-gap identification, localized delivery, and other administrative processes.
The company said this approach is intended to shift learning teams away from manual maintenance and toward higher-level strategic work.
LearnUpon has spent multiple years developing the underlying R&D strategy behind the platform.
The company is targeting enterprises that need to deliver training and learning across employees, customers, and broader member or partner networks.
Customers cited by LearnUpon include Waymo, Wayve, and World Rugby.
LearnUpon said the financing reflects its financial position and market momentum following several years of growth.
The new capital will also help the company expand its international presence.
Claret Capital Partners provides growth debt financing to technology, life sciences, and impact companies.
Since 2013, the firm has raised €1.3 billion in total capital and invested more than €1.5 billion through its funds across more than 210 SMEs.
Claret’s Fund IV is backed by institutional investors including ISIF.
