Legora and Consilio have formalized a partnership to help law firms and corporate legal departments deploy and operationalize legal AI at scale following more than a year of joint client implementations.
The collaboration brings together Legora’s agentic operating system for legal work with Consilio’s legal services, technology implementation and transformation capabilities.
Under the partnership, Consilio will help legal organizations implement Legora within existing matters, precedent databases and review workflows while providing support across workflow design, integration, governance, training, change management and user adoption.
Consilio teams will also continue working directly within Legora on live client engagements, using the platform’s research, drafting and other AI capabilities as part of legal delivery.
The formal partnership builds on more than a year of experience working together with clients, giving the companies an existing base of trained teams, deployment knowledge and established workflows rather than starting the relationship from the beginning.
The companies are targeting a growing challenge for legal organizations as AI moves from experimentation into broader enterprise adoption.
Many law firms and corporate legal departments now have access to a wide range of AI tools but still face challenges integrating those systems into existing work processes, data environments, governance structures and professional practices.
Consilio’s 2026 Global Survey Report found that 54% of surveyed legal professionals identified understanding, selecting and deploying new legal technology as the industry’s biggest challenge, surpassing work volume.
Legora and Consilio are positioning the partnership around that implementation gap, with Consilio helping organizations configure technology around the ways legal teams already work rather than simply providing access to another AI product.
The collaboration is intended to support both technical deployment and organizational change.
That includes determining where AI can be incorporated into legal workflows, integrating the technology with existing information and review processes, establishing governance frameworks and training professionals to use the system effectively.
The partnership also reflects the increasing importance of change management as legal organizations move beyond isolated AI pilots.
Successful deployment can require coordination across lawyers, legal operations teams, technology departments, knowledge management teams, information security functions and business leadership, particularly when AI systems interact with sensitive legal and client information.
Legora describes its platform as an agentic operating system for legal work, providing capabilities that legal professionals can use across research, drafting and other workflows.
Consilio, meanwhile, provides legal services and technology solutions supporting corporate legal departments and law firms.
By combining the two, the companies aim to help legal teams move more quickly from selecting AI technology to integrating it into day-to-day operations and generating practical value from deployment.
KEY QUOTES:
“Legal teams adopt fastest with a partner who knows their workflows as well as the technology. Consilio knows Legora from the inside — their teams have been delivering client work on the platform — and this partnership brings that experience to organizations adopting Legora,” said Kristin Thayer, VP Partnerships, Legora.

“Legal teams aren’t short on AI options; they’re short on the capacity to make those options work inside their own workflows, governance, and data. Too often that has meant choosing between adopting quickly and adopting well. We’ve spent more than a year inside Legora deployments with our clients doing both at once, and formalizing the partnership means legal teams get that experience from the first day of a rollout,” said Meredith Kildow, President, Consilio.
