Legora and Sirion have formed a strategic partnership to connect Legora’s agentic legal AI platform with Sirion’s AI-native contract lifecycle management platform, giving enterprise legal teams a unified workflow spanning legal research and contract intelligence.
The integration will allow mutual customers to bring contracts, precedents, negotiated terms, and other commercial context stored in Sirion directly into Legora. Legal teams can then use that information to generate research, summaries, contract drafts, and other legal work grounded in agreements the business has already negotiated.
The partnership will also work in the opposite direction. Lawyers drafting, reviewing, or negotiating contracts in Sirion can use Legora’s legal research capabilities to check agreements against current case law, legislation, and regulations. Legora will provide research-backed answers, citations to source passages, and suggested amendments addressing identified legal issues.
Sirion will remain the system of record for draft and executed contracts, eliminating the need to manually download and re-upload documents between platforms. Access permissions established within Sirion will also carry over automatically into Legora, allowing users to interact only with contracts they are already authorized to access.
The companies said the integration is designed to address a longstanding separation between legal research and contract management systems. By connecting the two environments, legal teams can move from researching an issue to acting on a contract without switching platforms or manually transferring information.
The partnership also combines Sirion’s contract intelligence with Legora’s agentic legal workflow technology. Sirion supports more than seven million contracts across more than 100 languages, while Legora is used by more than 130,000 legal professionals across more than 2,000 law firms and in-house legal departments in over 80 markets.
The Legora-Sirion integration will be introduced in phases, beginning with selected beta customers. The companies plan to make the integration more broadly available over time while adding additional capabilities for mutual customers.
KEY QUOTES:
“Strong contracting depends on two things: the full commercial picture and a clear view of the law. With this partnership, Sirion users get Legora’s legal research at every stage of contracting, and Legora users get the complete contract context that lives in Sirion. That’s how enterprise legal teams deliver superior outcomes.”
Ajay Agrawal, CEO Of Sirion
“By connecting Legora and Sirion, we’re bringing our customers’ contract repositories directly into the agentic operating system where legal work gets done, and helping them keep those contracts aligned with prevailing law. This is what enterprise-ready looks like: Legora meets legal teams inside the stack they already run, respects the permissions they’ve set, and takes them from a question about the law to action on a contract without switching platforms.”
Max Junestrand, CEO Of Legora
“Enterprises are moving quickly to put agentic AI to work in legal, but the value of those agents depends on the context they act on. Legal AI platforms bring the reasoning. Enterprise contract intelligence platforms hold the negotiated commitments. Connecting the two in both directions, with governance carried through, gives legal teams something neither could offer alone: answers grounded in both the law and the business’s own agreements, so they can move faster, reduce risk and protect the value their contracts were negotiated to deliver.”
