Lemon Learning, a European digital adoption platform (DAP), has acquired Aidaxis, a specialist in desktop application solutions and advanced artificial intelligence technologies, to broaden its coverage beyond web-based applications and deepen its AI capabilities.
The acquisition is aimed at helping Lemon Learning support digital adoption projects involving desktop applications, a use case the company framed as increasingly important for large enterprises operating complex and hybrid IT environments. By integrating Aidaxis’ technologies and technical team, Lemon Learning said it can now extend deployments to strategic desktop software, including legacy systems and client-based applications that remain core to many enterprise workflows.
Lemon Learning said the incoming technical team also brings expertise in AI research, including machine learning models, intelligent assistance systems, and human–computer interaction optimization, which the company expects to strengthen long-term innovation and reinforce delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade AI-driven capabilities.
The company said its AI-powered offering is already used by a majority of its customers and is designed to provide in-context assistance within applications to improve user autonomy, reduce errors, and accelerate onboarding. Lemon Learning highlighted recent innovations, including Guide Checkers, Contextual AI Assistance, and Advanced Adoption Analytics, as part of its broader AI roadmap.
Founded more than a decade ago, Lemon Learning said its platform is used by more than 200 customers across over 70 countries, supporting adoption efforts across a range of business applications spanning CRM, ERP, HRIS, financial systems, industry-specific software, and mission-critical SaaS tools.
