Lemrock: $7 Million Raised To Build Infrastructure For Agentic Commerce

Paris-based startup Lemrock announced it has raised $7 million to develop infrastructure that enables brands to distribute and sell products directly inside AI agents such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other conversational platforms.

The funding round was led by venture capital firm Galion.exe. As part of the investment, Jean-Baptiste Rudelle — the founder of adtech company Criteo — has joined Lemrock’s board of directors. The round also included a group of angel investors and e-commerce leaders, including Michaël Benabou of Veepee, Gary Anssens of Alltricks (Decathlon), and Frédéric Halley.

Founded by Roxane Laigle, Sasha Collin, and Clément Nguyen, Lemrock is focused on building infrastructure for what the company describes as “agentic commerce.” The platform allows brands to connect their product catalogs to large language models and AI agents through a single integration, enabling product discovery and transactions directly within AI-driven conversations.

The company says consumer behavior is rapidly shifting, with users increasingly relying on AI assistants to search for and compare products rather than visiting websites. Lemrock’s technology is designed to help brands adapt to this shift by ensuring their products can be surfaced, managed, and purchased inside AI-powered interfaces.

According to the company, the platform already has more than 60 brands onboarded and is facilitating over 100 million AI commerce interactions each month. Lemrock says its technology is already live across Europe and the United States.

The company said the new funding will support further development of its infrastructure as the market for AI-driven commerce continues to evolve.

KEY QUOTE:

“We’re excited to announce that Lemrock has raised $7M to build the infrastructure for agentic commerce. Commerce is entering a new paradigm. Consumers are no longer just browsing websites. They are discovering, comparing, and choosing products directly inside AI agents like ChatGPT, Gemini and others. For brands, adapting to this shift is critical. Yet most brands are not equipped for this new channel. That’s why we built Lemrock. Lemrock enables brands to appear and sell directly inside AI conversations. Through a single integration, brands can distribute their catalog, control their presence, and close transactions across all AI agents. In just a few months: → 60+ brands onboarded → 100M+ AI commerce interactions every month → Already live across Europe and the US. Special thanks to Galion.exe, who led this round, and especially JB Rudelle, founder of Criteo, who we’re honored to welcome to Lemrock’s board. We’re proud to be backed by an incredible group of investors and business angels, including Michael Benabou (Veepee), Gary Anssens (Alltricks – Decathlon), Frederic Halley, and other top ecommerce leaders for believing in what we’re building. Lucky to be building this with Sasha Collin, Clément Nguyen, and the entire Lemrock team making this real every day. The shift to agent-driven commerce is just beginning. Interested in the topic?
