Lennox, a leader in the field of energy-efficient climate control solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the HVAC division of NSI Industries from Sentinel Capital Partners for approximately $550 million.

This strategic acquisition encompasses renowned brands such as Duro Dyne and Supco, significantly enhancing Lennox’s already impressive portfolio of HVAC parts and supplies.

Duro Dyne stands out as a leading manufacturer of vital components for HVAC/R systems, known for its innovative and reliable products that are essential for efficient climate control. Meanwhile, Supco specializes in providing high-performance, technician-focused parts that cater to the needs of professionals in the industry.

This acquisition is expected to enhance Lennox’s digital platform and distribution capabilities across North America, positioning the company for increased market reach and enhanced service delivery.

The deal is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025, contingent upon obtaining necessary regulatory approvals.
