Liberty Hall Capital Partners Buying Catering Management Company Paxia

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jul 15, 2025

Liberty Hall Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on aerospace and defense, has acquired Paxia, a leading global provider of integrated onboard services and catering management software for the commercial aerospace industry. Paxia was acquired from TELEO Capital, who will retain a minority interest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Paxia operates on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model and marks Liberty Hall’s seventh SaaS investment. This acquisition aligns with Liberty Hall’s strategy to capitalize on the digital transformation within the aviation industry.

Founded in 2000, Paxia offers a mission-critical, end-to-end platform that simplifies and optimizes catering operations by connecting suppliers, caterers, kitchens, and airline operations through a “single source of truth.” Paxia serves major airlines including Alaska Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, and Delta Airlines, providing modular solutions to improve business operations and meet compliance needs.

Houlihan Lokey advised Liberty Hall financially, while Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher served as legal counsel for Liberty Hall and O’Melveny & Myers for the seller.
