Life360 has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Nativo in a transaction valued at approximately $120 million in a combination of cash and stock, subject to customary closing conditions. Nativo is an advertising technology company that specializes in creating and distributing premium ad experiences across publisher platforms. Life360 is a leading family connection and safety company with a global user base.
This acquisition is expected to accelerate the expansion of Life360’s advertising business by combining its first-party family and location insights with Nativo’s publisher network and advertising technology capabilities. Together, the combined platform will enable brands to reach families more effectively across both the Life360 app and broader digital environments.
The company aims to develop a comprehensive advertising platform that prioritizes relevance, contextual placement, and privacy considerations. Nativo’s established relationships with publishers and its in-house sales and technology infrastructure will extend Life360’s advertising reach beyond its app into connected TV, mobile, and premium web environments. The integration is positioned to support the development of a location-based targeting and measurement ecosystem that maintains a family-safe approach.
The advertising growth strategy is also designed to support investment in Life360’s core member experience while expanding opportunities for brands to engage families in ways that add value rather than interrupt. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026.
