Canadian enterprise AI consultancy Lightworks has secured up to $12 million in financing to fast-track the large-scale deployment of AI solutions for some of the world’s largest and most highly regulated enterprises. The round was led by Round13 Capital.
The funding will support the launch of Lightworks’ flagship AI services and accelerate the company’s overall growth. The firm plans to deepen its focus on major regulated enterprises and forge new partnerships to set industry standards for managing AI agents at scale in compliance-sensitive environments.
Lightworks said the new capital will help advance its vision to bring together some of the world’s largest regulated institutions and experienced industry leaders through a new services model. The goal is to collaboratively build on and extend industry standards to accelerate the secure, compliant deployment of AI agents at enterprise scale.
The company’s team brings decades of experience advising major institutions on secure and compliant technology adoption and has delivered large-scale programs across North America, Australia, and Asia.
