Limble, a modern maintenance and asset management platform, has named veteran software executive Gary Specter as Chief Executive Officer as the company looks to accelerate expansion and deepen customer value creation.

Specter brings more than two decades of experience scaling B2B SaaS businesses and leading global commercial organizations. He most recently served as CEO of Simpro Group, overseeing significant growth, operational transformation, and international expansion. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles across enterprise software, including as President of Cart.com and in executive positions at Adobe, Magento, NetSuite, IBM, and Baynote, spanning sales, growth, and customer success functions.

Founder Bryan Christiansen said the company’s progress and ambitions made it the right moment to bring in a leader with a proven track record scaling high-growth software companies that deliver measurable customer outcomes. He added that Specter’s experience building organizations that empower frontline teams to manage critical assets aligns closely with Limble’s mission and next chapter.

Specter said Limble has established itself as a modern, human-centric platform for CMMS and EAM capabilities used by manufacturers and facilities teams, and he highlighted the opportunity to build on the company’s momentum. He said he looks forward to partnering with Christiansen and the broader team to support Limble’s customer base while pursuing significant growth potential.

Christiansen will remain actively involved as Founder, with a focus on customers and accelerating the delivery of human-centric AI capabilities across the platform. He will also assume the role of Executive Chairman of Limble’s Board of Directors.

Limble is known as an AI-enabled maintenance and asset management platform that unifies asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and analytics to help teams increase uptime, extend asset life, and make more confident asset decisions. The company said it has recently introduced new AI- and data-driven features to save time for maintenance technicians and asset owners.
