Link Logistics Acquires 550,992-Square-Foot Industrial Facility In Raleigh Market

Link Logistics has acquired Eaton Logistics Facility, a 550,992-square-foot industrial property in the Raleigh market, expanding its portfolio of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse assets.

The facility is located at 2545 Innovation Loop in Youngsville, North Carolina, within the Franklin County submarket. The property was 100% leased at the time of the transaction.

Completed in 2026, the Class-A distribution center features 40-foot clear heights, a cross-dock configuration, and direct access to U.S. Route 1. The facility serves as a warehousing and distribution hub supporting manufacturing activity throughout the Raleigh region.

Link Logistics said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of investing in industrial markets supported by population growth, business investment, transportation infrastructure, and expanding demand for modern distribution space.

The Raleigh market provides access to a diverse economic base and significant manufacturing activity, while the property’s scale and transportation connectivity make it well suited for regional distribution and supply chain operations.

The sellers were Summit Real Estate Group and an institutional partner. JLL represented the sellers in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Established by Blackstone in 2019, Link Logistics operates approximately half a billion square feet of warehouse and industrial real estate across the U.S. The company focuses on facilities supporting e-commerce, consumption, logistics, and the movement of essential goods.
