Linklaters announced it is enhancing its leveraged finance offering in Stockholm with the hiring of Magnus Wennerhorn, who joins as a partner and will lead the firm’s Banking & Finance practice in Sweden.
Wennerhorn is a leading banking and finance lawyer in Stockholm who has led numerous top-tier acquisition finance transactions and complex cross-border financings and financial restructurings, such as cross-over and investment grade lending and fund financings, for over two decades, representing private equity clients, Swedish and global banks, and corporate clients.
Wennerhorn joined White & Case as a partner and co-head of the debt finance practice in Stockholm.
