Linklaters announced it has welcomed Riaz Janjuah, an expert in restructuring and insolvency (R&I), who supports the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Germany, as a partner in its Hamburg office. And Riaz specializes in advising on complex national and global restructurings and insolvencies.
He has extensive experience in cross-border corporate R&I work and it has been significantly involved in major restructuring mandates in Germany. And Riaz specializes in the financial restructuring of companies in the context of negotiations, restructuring plans, and international restructuring instruments.
Riaz started his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg in 2005 and joined White & Case as a partner in 2014. Riaz joins Linklaters effective September 1, 2024.
