Lithia & Driveway has acquired Rockwall Hyundai in Rockwall, Texas, expanding its dealership network in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The acquired dealership is expected to contribute approximately $75 million in annualized revenue.
The acquisition expands Lithia & Driveway’s density in Texas, where the company already operates dealerships across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, West Texas, and other markets.
With the addition of Rockwall Hyundai, Lithia said its expected annualized revenue acquired during 2026 has reached approximately $915 million. The transaction was financed using existing balance-sheet capacity.
Lithia also provided an update on its share repurchase activity. During the current quarter, the company spent approximately $40 million to repurchase about 108,000 shares at a weighted average price of $375 per share, representing approximately 0.46% of shares outstanding.
Year to date, Lithia has spent approximately $541 million repurchasing 1.9 million shares at a weighted average price of $284 per share. Those repurchases represent approximately 8.1% of outstanding shares. The company has approximately $580 million of capacity remaining under its existing authorization.
