Littlejohn Appoints Shant Mardirossian As Managing Director And Chief Operating Officer

Littlejohn & Co. a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private investment firm, announced that Shant Mardirossian has joined the firm as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Strategic Initiatives.

In this newly created role, Mardirossian will work closely with Littlejohn’s managing partners and leaders across its finance, legal and compliance, operations, and investor relations teams. He will oversee the firm’s strategic direction, support its long-term growth initiatives, and help drive performance for the firm and its investors.

Mardirossian brings more than three decades of experience building and scaling institutional investment platforms. Most recently, he served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Kohlberg, where he spent nearly 30 years helping expand the firm’s operations and infrastructure.

Littlejohn said the appointment strengthens its senior leadership team as it continues to execute on its strategic priorities and position the firm for its next phase of growth.
