Livers Bronze has merged with DeAngelis Iron Work, combining two long-established architectural metal companies while preserving their individual brands and operating teams.
Kansas City-based Livers Bronze manufactures ornamental handrail systems for commercial construction projects across the United States.
DeAngelis Iron Work, based in South Easton, Massachusetts, fabricates architectural metals, steel stairs, specialty products and historically accurate restoration work.
Both companies will continue operating under their current names with existing leadership and personnel remaining in place.
The merger is designed to create a framework for collaboration without disrupting customer relationships, project teams or operating practices.
Livers Bronze will gain a stronger presence in the Northeast, while DeAngelis Iron Work will benefit from broader national relationships and resources.
The companies also expect to share operational practices, strengthen project execution and provide a wider range of metalwork solutions to architects, contractors and property owners.
As part of the combination, DeAngelis Iron Work plans to relocate to a larger facility in the Boston area.
The new location is expected to improve efficiency, support collaboration and provide room for future expansion.
