Bourgon has over 20 years of experience architecting high performing HR teams in organizations in various stages of growth and in multiple industries including technology, insurance, media and retail. He previously held leadership roles at Insightsoftware, Valence Health, The Warranty Group, Tribune Company, and Sears Roebuck Company. And Bourgon has deep expertise enabling employees to unlock their potential to drive business results.
