Lokam.ai Reports 45% Monthly Growth And Zero Customer Churn

Lokam.ai has reported 45% month-over-month growth and no customer churn nine months after launching its voice-first AI follow-up platform for automobile dealerships.

The company also appointed automotive industry veteran Jason Kozak as sales director, added Prestige Kia and Joseph Airport Hyundai as customers, and became the first native agentic AI partner on QoreAI’s dealership data platform.

Lokam.ai’s autonomous voice agents follow up with unsold showroom visitors, contact customers after service appointments, escalate dissatisfied customers to dealership managers and request online reviews from satisfied customers.

The company said Prestige Kia generated $20,320 in additional gross profit during its first 21 days using the platform.

Lokam.ai re-engaged 110 unsold showroom prospects for the dealership, producing an approximately 80% call-completion rate and a 66% contact rate.

The system escalated 27 qualified leads to Prestige Kia’s sales team, resulting in four completed vehicle sales that the dealership may otherwise have lost.

Prestige Kia is projected to sell another 10 vehicles from previously unsold showroom traffic during the following month, potentially generating more than $40,000 in additional gross profit.

Joseph Airport Hyundai, part of the 18-location Joseph Auto Group, also joined the platform. Lokam.ai will contact unsold showroom prospects and follow up with service customers on the dealership’s behalf.

Kozak will lead Lokam.ai’s U.S. dealership expansion. His previous experience includes positions at West Herr Automotive Group, Greenway Automotive Group, AAA National, Streamline Automotive Solutions and TrueCar.

Lokam.ai was also selected as the first agentic AI application to operate natively on QoreAI’s unified dealership data infrastructure.

The integration allows Lokam.ai’s voice agents to use the customer records QoreAI assembles from dealership management and customer relationship management systems without requiring an additional data pipeline.

The agents can also return information such as customer objections, satisfaction trends and re-engagement outcomes to QoreAI for use by other connected dealership applications.

Lokam.ai raised $350,000 earlier in 2026 from a round led by World Auto Group owner Scott Falcone, who became an investor after using the platform in his own dealerships.

KEY QUOTES:

“The proof is in the numbers. Dealerships generate enormous demand, but follow-up is where revenue quietly slips away. When a brand-new client adds more than $20,000 in gross profit in three weeks simply by re-engaging the traffic they already had, it validates everything we built this platform to do.”

“Every dollar of that growth came from opportunities the dealership had already paid to acquire. We are just making sure none of it gets left on the table.”

Muhammed Saleeq, Founder and CEO of Lokam.ai

“What sets Lokam.ai apart from every other AI company in this space is that we are not here to replace the workforce. We are here to complement it.”

“Lokam.ai solves two major operational pain points every dealer feels: showroom visitors who leave and never hear from the store again, and service repair orders that go without follow-up.”

Jason Kozak, Sales Director at Lokam.ai

“I’ve been running Lokam.ai in both my stores for a stretch now. Our Google ratings moved from 4.0 and 4.1 to 4.8 across World Kia Joliet and World Hyundai Matteson.”

“On the sales side, we’re selling an additional 15 vehicles a month from unsold traffic the AI is calling back. The numbers are real, and I’m watching them in real time at my own stores.”

Scott Falcone, Owner of World Kia Joliet and World Hyundai Matteson
