Longacre Square Partners, a corporate relations and special situations advisory firm, has announced its expansion into Europe by establishing a London office. The firm appointed Humza Vanderman as partner and head of the London office, where he will lead a team based in Mayfair and support the company’s growing client base across the EMEA region.
The move marks the latest step in Longacre Square Partners’ global growth strategy as the firm continues to advise multinational corporations and investment managers on complex corporate and financial matters. The London team will leverage experience across international financial hubs to advise clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, building on the firm’s involvement in numerous activist engagements, corporate transactions, and litigation-related advisory assignments across the region during 2025 and early 2026.
Vanderman brings approximately two decades of experience in financial communications and special situations. Prior to joining Longacre Square Partners, he held senior leadership roles at DGA Global, formerly known as Dentons Global Advisors, where he was among the founding partners who launched the business. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at FGS Global (formerly Finsbury Glover Hering), working in both London and Singapore.
Throughout his career, Vanderman has advised corporations and private capital investors on high-stakes financial matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, take-private transactions, corporate carve-outs, shareholder activism campaigns, initial public offerings, and corporate restructurings. He has also overseen complex reputation management and crisis communications campaigns involving litigation, cyber breaches, and regulatory investigations.
Longacre Square Partners said the European expansion reflects increasing demand from its base of public companies and investment managers for advisory services in global markets. According to the firm, Bloomberg’s Global Shareholder Activism Review ranked Longacre Square Partners as the number one international investor relations and public relations advisor based on the total number of representations in 2025. The firm also ranked as the top advisor to European investors, representing funds with approximately $5.5 billion in collective investments across the region during that period.
During the same 12-month timeframe, Longacre Square Partners advised multinational companies on major corporate transactions with combined deal values totaling tens of billions of dollars.
