Longitude Health announced the appointment of Colin Drylie as Chief Operating Officer of Longitude FX, a newly funded initiative designed to modernize shared services across healthcare organizations through AI-enabled technologies and common infrastructure.
Longitude FX is a member-owned agentic utility focused on improving patient access, customer contact, revenue cycle management, and back-office operations. The platform is intended to help health systems reduce fragmentation, automate manual workflows, and enhance performance across high-volume patient interactions. Longitude Health’s Board of Managers recently approved funding for the launch and outlined plans to develop an agentic customer contact capability and broader enterprise shared services platform.
Drylie joins the organization with two decades of experience in enterprise strategy, digital transformation, product management, design, and operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Experience Transformation at Humana, where he led efforts to modernize customer engagement platforms and standardized operations across 120 contact center sites and 35,000 associates. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in Medicare product strategy, corporate strategy, and clinical innovation, and previously worked at Monitor Group and Doblin, now part of Deloitte Consulting.
In addition to his executive experience, Drylie has served on the board of Aspen RxHealth and has experience as a founder, innovator, and executive coach. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree with distinction from Queen’s School of Business in Ontario, Canada.
Longitude Health was founded by Baylor Scott & White Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Michigan Medicine, Novant Health, and Providence to develop and scale new capabilities aimed at addressing healthcare’s operational challenges and improving patient outcomes.
