Loop: $95 Million Series C Raised To Scale AI Platform Across Supply Chain Operations

Loop, a full-stack AI platform for logistics and supply chains, announced it has raised $95 million in a Series C round to expand its capabilities and scale its platform across enterprise operations. The financing was led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund, with participation from 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Tao Capital Partners.

The company plans to use the new funding to grow its team, enhance product and engineering capabilities, and expand its platform across logistics, finance, and broader supply chain use cases.

Loop is focused on addressing one of the most persistent challenges in enterprise AI adoption: fragmented and inaccessible operational data. Supply chains, in particular, present complex environments where data is often siloed across disconnected systems, making it difficult for organizations to gain real-time visibility or make informed decisions.

The company’s platform transforms this fragmented data into a unified intelligence layer, enabling enterprises to improve cost management, optimize operations, and unlock working capital. By structuring and automating back-office processes, Loop helps organizations gain clearer insights into their logistics networks and financial performance.

At the core of the platform is DUX, a family of AI models and agents designed specifically for logistics environments. These systems ingest, standardize, and contextualize data across enterprise systems such as ERP, TMS, and warehouse management platforms, allowing companies to automate workflows and improve decision-making across supply chain operations.

Loop’s platform is already used by companies including Outset Medical, Clemens Food Group, Olipop, Kendra Scott, and Dot Foods, supporting use cases ranging from procurement and compliance to inbound logistics and financial operations.

KEY QUOTES:

“We see every day how much pressure companies are under to manage supply chains through constant disruption, and how often critical decisions are still being made on top of fragmented data and brittle systems. This investment lets us expand our platform and connect the financial and operational data that our customers need to make better decisions, faster.”

Matt McKinney, CEO and Co-Founder, Loop

“Loop went deep into one of the hardest parts of the supply chain and turned it into an advantage for their customers. Through the AI systems they’ve built, they’re taking data that was previously fragmented and inaccessible and are turning it into intelligence that improves cost, processes, and working capital. That foundation extends into other operational and financial functions, which is why Loop is positioned to become the intelligence layer of the entire supply chain.”
