Loop AI: $14 Million Series A Raised To Expand Agentic Back-Office Platform for Restaurants And Retail

By Amit Chowdhry • Feb 2, 2026

Loop AI, an enterprise-grade AI platform built for restaurant and retail back-office teams, has raised a $14 million Series A round led by Nyca Partners, adding a roster of new and returning backers as it accelerates product expansion and hiring across multiple offices.

The company said the financing was led by Nyca Partners and included participation from Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital, and Operators Studio. As part of the round, Nyca Partners investment partner Osama Bedier, a former Google and GoDaddy executive, is joining Loop AI’s board.

Loop AI positions its software as an “agentic co-worker” that automates complex workflows across finance, operations, and marketing for multi-location operators navigating rapid changes in consumer behavior. The company is targeting the structural shift toward off-premise dining, arguing that delivery is reshaping everything from channel strategy and site selection to margins and throughput as restaurants evolve from traditional back-of-house production models into more dynamic, consumer-centric operations.

Loop AI said it is focused on helping operators treat delivery as a profitable growth channel by using agentic workflows designed to preserve in-store-level margins while scaling off-premise revenue. The company also highlighted customer adoption and growth metrics, saying it has expanded sixfold since 2024 and now supports thousands of restaurants, with more than 300 brands using the platform across thousands of U.S. locations.

Proceeds from the Series A will be used to broaden Loop AI’s product suite and add headcount across offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bangalore. The company was founded in 2022 by a team of engineers and restaurateurs.
