Loops AI: Funding Raised From a16z Speedrun To Advance Agentic Commerce Platform

Loops AI, a U.S.-based artificial intelligence company focused on autonomous agents for e-commerce, has secured strategic investment from a16z Speedrun, the early-stage accelerator program operated by Andreessen Horowitz. The funding positions Loops AI to expand its agentic commerce platform globally as it scales from its operational base in Türkiye and the MENA region to broader international markets.

Founded to redefine how brands engage customers online, Loops AI develops autonomous AI agents that operate across sales, marketing, and customer service channels. These agents are designed to move beyond traditional chatbot interactions by independently recommending products, assisting with checkout, and managing post-purchase engagement across websites, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, online marketplaces, and social commerce channels.

According to the company, brands using Loops AI’s platform have recorded up to 20 times higher engagement rates, more than 70 percent growth in sales per visitor, and as much as 40 percent overall sales growth. The system leverages a multi-model architecture that continuously learns from brand-specific data and real-time user behavior, allowing its agents to function with the responsiveness and contextual awareness of trained sales associates at large scale.

Loops AI reports that its agents currently support more than one million customer interactions and achieve intent recognition accuracy exceeding 99 percent. The platform is built to deploy rapidly, with brands able to go live in under seven days, a capability that has helped accelerate adoption among high-volume e-commerce operators.

The company currently serves more than 50 brands across Türkiye, MENA, and Europe, including Tudors, Paulmark, P&G Fairy, Radisson Collection, Mövenpick, and EasyCep. Loops AI attributes its growth to the scalability of its infrastructure and its ability to integrate seamlessly into existing digital commerce ecosystems.

Participation in the a16z Speedrun program provides Loops AI with access to mentorship, capital, and global networks designed to help early-stage startups scale operations and pursue follow-on funding. The investment marks a significant milestone as Loops AI positions agentic commerce as a new operating model for digital brands rather than a standalone feature.

Headquartered in the United States, with operational hubs in Türkiye and MENA, Loops AI plans to use the new capital to deepen strategic partnerships and further develop its platform. Key areas of focus include proactive purchasing agents, visual shopping experiences, and the expansion of its Agentic Network, a shared learning layer designed to enable collective intelligence while preserving strict data privacy and brand identity controls.

KEY QUOTES:

“Agentic Commerce is the next evolution of e-commerce. We’re moving from websites that wait for clicks to intelligent agents that take action — agents that talk, learn, and sell autonomously. Participating in the a16z Speedrun program gives us the global leverage to accelerate this revolution from Istanbul to the world.”

“We’re proud to represent this region in one of the most visionary programs in the world. Agentic Commerce isn’t a feature — it’s a new operating system for brands.”
