Lorikeet Appoints Jerry Brooner As Chief Revenue Officer To Expand AI Concierge Platform

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jul 28, 2026

Lorikeet has appointed Jerry Brooner as Chief Revenue Officer to lead the expansion of its artificial intelligence concierge platform across fintech, healthcare and insurance. Brooner will oversee Lorikeet’s sales, marketing, partnerships and forward-deployed engineering teams.

Forward-deployed engineers work directly with customers to configure and implement technology within complex operating environments. This approach can be especially important in regulated industries where AI systems must integrate with internal workflows, data sources and compliance requirements.

Lorikeet’s platform is designed to resolve complex customer issues end-to-end while operating within each company’s policies and regulatory guardrails.

The company is focused on support cases where an incorrect response could create financial, medical, legal or compliance consequences.

Examples include explaining why a customer’s financial account has been frozen or determining whether an insurance claim is covered under a particular policy.

Many AI customer service systems are evaluated based on deflection, which measures how many inquiries are handled without involving a human agent. Lorikeet instead emphasizes resolution, meaning whether the platform accurately completes the customer’s request.

The distinction is important in regulated sectors. Preventing a conversation from reaching a human employee does not provide value when the automated system fails to solve the problem or gives an inaccurate answer.

Lorikeet said its platform is designed to understand a company’s rules, gather the required information, complete relevant workflows and escalate cases when necessary.

Brooner brings more than two decades of enterprise go-to-market leadership to the role.

He helped build Dropbox’s strategic enterprise business in North America from a two-person operation into an organization of more than 250 employees generating approximately $175 million in revenue.

Brooner also led Dropbox’s Americas business through the company’s initial public offering.

He later served as Chief Revenue Officer of Scout RFP through its acquisition by Workday.

Brooner was also President of Global Field Operations at Enable, where he helped lead the company through approximately twentyfold growth from its Series A financing through its Series E round.

Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at SAP selling enterprise software to some of the world’s largest regulated organizations.

His experience gives Lorikeet a revenue leader familiar with selling transformative software to large customers that require security, reliability and compliance.

Lorikeet CEO and co-founder Steve Hind said Brooner has spent his career working with customers adopting technologies that carry both meaningful potential and significant implementation risk.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Brooner will be responsible for introducing Lorikeet to more regulated organizations and building the commercial teams required to support enterprise deployments.

Lorikeet was co-founded by Hind, who previously worked at Stripe, and Jamie Hall, an early large-language-model researcher at Google Brain.

The company maintains teams in Sydney, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Its target customers include digitally native businesses in industries where customer support cases frequently involve complicated rules, sensitive information and high expectations for accuracy.

Brooner’s appointment is intended to help Lorikeet expand its commercial reach while maintaining its focus on solving difficult cases rather than simply automating high volumes of basic inquiries.

KEY QUOTES:

“Our customers trust Lorikeet with the cases where a wrong answer has real consequences.”

“Jerry has spent his career selling to buyers who are embracing the risk and reward of transformative technology, and he starts with a focus on their needs, not our pitch.”

Steve Hind, Co-Founder and CEO of Lorikeet

“Lorikeet stood out because the product holds up in the hardest support environments, the regulated ones where the answer has to be right.”

“My job is to bring it to many more of those teams, and I’m looking forward to building that here.”
