Lotus Infrastructure Partners has raised approximately $1.8 billion in total capital commitments across Lotus Infrastructure Fund IV investments, future co-investment opportunities, and a single-asset continuation vehicle.

More than $1.3 billion is allocated to Fund IV investments, another $275 million is earmarked for Fund IV co-investments, and $170 million has been raised for the continuation vehicle.

The fundraising represents the largest capital raise in Lotus Infrastructure Partners’ history.

Fund IV attracted commitments from existing and new institutional investors and will pursue infrastructure opportunities across power generation, transmission, battery storage, biofuels, ammonia, methanol, and other energy-related markets.

Lotus sees increasing infrastructure demand being driven in part by AI-related power consumption and expanding industrial electricity requirements.

The firm has raised more than $4 billion of equity capital over its history and completed transactions representing more than $10 billion in enterprise value.

FirstPoint Equity Capital served as exclusive global placement agent, while Kirkland & Ellis served as fund counsel.
