LP Insurance Services announced the acquisition of the Employee Benefits Consulting practice of Van Noy Consulting Group and the addition of Terry Van Noy as an Employee Benefits Consultant.
Van Noy brings more than five decades of leadership and consulting experience across health insurance, managed care, and employee benefits strategy. His background includes senior executive roles at Mutual of Omaha and AMIL International, along with nearly 30 years leading Van Noy Consulting Group. Throughout his career, Van Noy has advised employers, healthcare organizations, TPAs, and insurers nationwide on benefit design, medical management, regulatory strategy, and operational effectiveness.
According to the company, the acquisition further strengthens LP Insurance Services’ employee benefits consulting capabilities in Southern Nevada. The addition of Van Noy follows LP’s recent hiring of James Cohill, creating what the company described as a differentiated bench of expertise for employers navigating increasingly complex benefits environments.
LP Insurance Services said the expanded team combines deep carrier-side experience with independent consulting expertise, enabling the company to provide additional strategic guidance to clients across benefit design and risk management decisions.
The company added that the acquisition reflects its continued investment in specialized expertise aligned with its broader mission of supporting businesses, empowering people, and strengthening communities across the Western United States.
