LPL Onboards $150 Million Firm Wilson Peak Wealth

Jeffrey J. Wilson and Michael Sadowski have moved Wilson Peak Wealth Management to LPL Financial’s broker-dealer and registered investment advisor platform, aligning with Private Advisor Group to support the firm’s next phase of growth. The advisors reported serving approximately $150 million in advisory, brokerage, and retirement plan assets and previously operated at Wells Fargo Advisors.

Based in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, Wilson Peak Wealth was founded by Wilson, who has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. The practice provides comprehensive financial planning, with a focus on tax and estate planning strategies, serving professionals, entrepreneurs, families, next-generation accumulators and retirees across the New York metropolitan area.

Wilson said the move reflects a deliberate choice to operate independently and expand the firm’s capabilities while maintaining a high-touch client service model. He cited a structured approach built around recurring systems, including a multi-step client process, a quarterly service matrix, proactive communication and a personal financial organizer designed to help clients define and pursue their goals.

The team, which also includes Director of Operations Stacy Wilson, said it sought greater autonomy and access to advanced technology, particularly around tools supporting estate and tax planning. Wilson said LPL’s focus on supporting independent advisors was a key factor in selecting the platform.
