Wealth.com has struck a strategic relationship with LPL Financial that will make its end-to-end estate planning platform available across LPL’s ecosystem, extending access to more than 32,000 advisors and supporting LPL’s wealth planning and advanced planning teams through direct integration.
Under the arrangement, LPL’s Advanced Planning Team will use Wealth.com’s Family Office Suite to handle more complex estate planning cases, providing advisors and planning professionals with a shared environment to collaborate securely, model scenarios, and package advanced cases within existing workflows. Wealth.com said the platform is designed to help advisors generate estate planning documents and client-ready outputs while keeping sensitive information centralized and permissioned through its Vault system, which can organize essential documents for families across generations.
A key capability highlighted in the rollout is Ester®, Wealth.com’s AI-powered legal assistant trained on estate planning documents and language. The company says Ester can read and interpret wills and trusts, extract key information, and present it in a clearer, more actionable format for advisors and clients, reducing time spent on manual review and helping advisors focus more on guidance and planning conversations.
The announcement also points to broader momentum behind “holistic” wealth management, with estate planning increasingly positioned as a core component of the client experience for high-net-worth households. LPL’s wealth planning leadership framed the partnership as a way to help advisors and home office planners analyze and illustrate estate plans more efficiently so more clients can align planning decisions with legacy goals.
Wealth.com added that it plans to host its inaugural Estate Planning Conference from January 26 to 28 at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Scottsdale, Arizona, convening industry leaders and emerging voices focused on the future of estate planning.
