LumApps announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Comeen, extending its platform into physical workplace services and unified employee experience.

The transaction, expected to close in May 2026, builds on an existing partnership between the two companies and represents a strategic step in LumApps’ vision to create a fully integrated AI-powered employee hub that connects communication, collaboration, workflows, and workplace operations.

Comeen specializes in workplace experience solutions, including space management, digital signage, and visitor services. Its capabilities will be integrated into the LumApps platform to enable organizations to manage both digital and physical workplace environments within a single system.

The combined platform will offer features such as intelligent desk and meeting room booking, AI-powered workplace assistants, real-time space analytics, digital signage, and integrated building services. By embedding these capabilities into daily workflows, LumApps aims to improve employee engagement, optimize space utilization, and enhance operational efficiency.

The acquisition reflects a broader shift toward unifying fragmented workplace tools into centralized platforms powered by AI, enabling organizations to streamline operations and improve the employee experience across hybrid and distributed work environments.

LumApps, which integrates with platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, serves more than 10 million users globally and continues to expand its AI agent strategy to connect systems and automate enterprise workflows.
