LUX Infusion has acquired Infuse IQ, a Wyoming-headquartered independent infusion therapy provider, as it continues building a national platform spanning ambulatory and home-based infusion services.

Infuse IQ operates six clinic locations and provides infusion and injection treatments across more than 10 medical specialties. Its services include flexible scheduling, insurance support, and co-pay assistance programs.

LUX said integrating Infuse IQ will expand patient access to its ambulatory infusion network while giving referring physicians additional clinical resources, faster therapy starts, insurance support, and data sharing.

The acquisition also advances LUX’s broader omnichannel strategy, which combines home infusion with ambulatory infusion centers. Its growing network extends from Alaska to the Southeast and additional U.S. markets.

KEY QUOTES:

“This acquisition is a reflection of our strategy to grow with purpose, partnering with organizations that share our values and raise the standard of care for patients who depend on infusion therapy.
