Luxury Presence: $37 Million Raised To Advance Presence CRM, An AI Relationship Engine For Real Estate Agents

By Amit Chowdhry • Jan 10, 2026

Luxury Presence, a growth platform used by more than 87,000 residential real estate agents and brands, announced it raised $37 million in new capital to accelerate the development and launch of Presence CRM, which it is positioning as an AI-driven system designed to surface deal opportunities from an agent’s existing network.

The financing includes $22 million in Series C equity led by repeat investor Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC, and Adam and Jade Mills. The company also secured a $15 million debt facility from J.P. Morgan, bringing the total raise to $37 million.

Luxury Presence said the new product, Presence CRM, is built to help high-performing agents turn their “sphere” into a proactive source of new business. The company is pitching the offering as a “system of action,” aiming to reduce manual data entry typical of traditional CRMs by unifying contact data, social media followers, communication history, website activity, information from other CRMs, and third-party data to enrich relationships in real time.

According to the company, Presence CRM updates property records, tracks life events such as job changes, and uses predictive signals—including potential net worth shifts—to identify contacts who may be more likely to transact, potentially before they show clear outward intent. Luxury Presence said its Presence AI layer then recommends outreach moments and drafts suggested texts, emails, and call prompts aligned to an agent’s tone and brand, delivered through a daily prioritized feed of who to contact, why, and what to do next.

Luxury Presence said the investment will also support its broader AI platform, which it describes as combining marketing, predictive deal insights, and client engagement into a unified, agent-branded growth system. The company said it draws on nearly 700 million annual interactions and more than 15 billion data points across its platform.

The company reported that since a Series B-1 raise in 2023, it has delivered more than 110% ARR growth while rolling out new AI capabilities. Luxury Presence said it works with about 17,000 real estate businesses, generates more than $85 million in annual recurring revenue, and supports roughly $450 billion in annual transaction volume across more than 400,000 listings.

Presence CRM is expected to be included with all plans on the Presence Platform, with rollout slated to begin in February 2026.
