Lyzr: $8 Million Series A Closed To Build Agentic Operating Systems for Enterprise Functions

Lyzr, a leading enterprise agentic AI infrastructure company, announced it has raised $8 million in Series A funding led by global venture fund Rocketship.vc, with participation from GFT Ventures, Accenture Ventures, Firstsource, Plug and Play Tech Center, BGV, Partnership Fund for New York City, and Arka.

The funding will accelerate Lyzr’s mission to enable enterprises to build and scale private AI workforces across business functions through its Agentic Operating System (Agentic OS).

The new funding will support platform expansion, enterprise deployment, and go-to-market initiatives, particularly in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, and financial services. Lyzr’s platform allows enterprises to move from deploying individual AI agents to orchestrating interconnected, multi-agent systems that operate securely within their own environments.

Lyzr’s full-stack Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) platform provides the infrastructure for enterprises to design, govern, and manage their AI agents across departments, including Customer Support, HR, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and IT. The system is engineered to run on private cloud or on-premise infrastructure, ensuring complete control, data privacy, and ownership of AI assets. The platform is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, offering enterprise-grade compliance and security.

In the banking and insurance sectors, Lyzr’s platform automates complex processes such as loan origination, claims management, and compliance reporting. Unlike traditional automation tools or isolated chatbots, Lyzr’s interconnected agents collaborate, share knowledge, and execute workflows autonomously—bringing enterprises closer to achieving what it calls Organizational General Intelligence (OGI).

A key innovation within Lyzr’s platform is its Agent Simulation Engine, which uses over 20,000 pre-deployment simulations per agent to test performance, logic, and compliance. Built on Joint Embedding Predictive Architecture (JEPA) principles, this feature ensures predictable behavior and reduces risk before agents enter production.

Enterprises adopting Lyzr are already seeing measurable results. A Fortune 100 technology company implemented Lyzr’s Agentic OS across its corporate venture capital division, using more than 200 interconnected agents to streamline investment sourcing and evaluation. Meanwhile, a leading semiconductor firm used Lyzr to replace a closed AI platform, cutting development time for its Customer Service OS by leveraging Lyzr’s pre-built agent blueprints.

The company’s vision extends beyond automation toward a future where AI agents form an intelligent enterprise network that continually improves decision-making across functions. Lyzr’s growing community includes 30,000 developers, more than one million production agents, and over one billion agent simulations executed to date.
