In her new role, Sustak will lead strategic expansion efforts across the U.S. Department of War, Intelligence Community, and National and Homeland Security sectors. She will work closely with customers to address complex operational challenges, aligning Mach Industries’ capabilities with mission-critical needs while expanding the company’s footprint in national security markets.
Sustak brings more than 17 years of leadership experience spanning operational and business development roles. Her background includes building high-performing teams, executing market expansion strategies, and consistently delivering revenue growth across government and defense sectors.
Prior to joining Mach Industries, Sustak served as Head of Business Development at Somewear Labs, a company specializing in tactical communications solutions for both manned and unmanned systems. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Jacobs Engineering Group, served as Deputy Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security, and worked as a Senior Duty Officer with the Federal Bureau of Investigation supporting the U.S. National Security Council.
