Magic EdTech Names Runu Jain Chief Human Resources Officer as It Expands Globally

Magic EdTech, a digital learning company focused on building technology and services for education providers, said it has appointed Runu Jain as chief human resources officer to lead its global people strategy as the company scales AI-enabled offerings and broadens its international footprint.

Jain brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience spanning talent strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation, with prior roles at Birlasoft, IBM, Genpact, Federal Express, Amway, and RPG Enterprises, according to the company. Magic EdTech said her work has included aligning leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement with business goals, and it cited multiple industry and company recognitions.

In the CHRO role, Jain will oversee talent development, culture, and organizational design across teams in the United States, India, the United Kingdom, and other locations. Magic EdTech said she will focus on strengthening its talent pipeline, advancing leadership development, and expanding programs tied to inclusion, engagement, and long-term career growth as the company prioritizes AI, accessibility, and platform engineering for education.

The company said the appointment comes as Magic EdTech marks 35 years in digital learning and continues to expand with new offices in locations including London and Indore, alongside deeper partnerships with AI and cloud providers and an expanded services portfolio across accessibility, data, and AI-native learning platforms.
