Main Capital Partners has announced a majority investment in Good Solutions, a Swedish provider of manufacturing improvement software focused on production monitoring, operational optimization, and factory performance analytics.
The investment positions Main as a strategic partner to support Good Solutions’ next phase of growth, including international expansion and a selective buy-and-build strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s role in the global smart manufacturing software market.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Good Solutions develops real-time production monitoring and optimization technology through its flagship RS Production platform. The platform collects data directly from factory machinery and provides manufacturers with operational insights across key metrics, including equipment effectiveness, downtime analysis, and production performance.
The solution enables companies to monitor availability, performance, and product quality in real time, helping industrial operators identify inefficiencies and improve overall productivity.
Good Solutions currently serves more than 280 manufacturing plants across industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and automotive. While the majority of the company’s revenue is generated in Sweden and other Nordic markets, the platform already supports customers in additional European and American markets.
The companies said the investment reflects favorable market dynamics in the manufacturing operations software sector, as industrial companies increasingly adopt data-driven tools to enhance efficiency, quality control, and operational visibility.
With Main’s backing, Good Solutions plans to expand further across Europe while strengthening its position in the Nordics. The existing management team will remain actively involved in leading the company as it scales its platform and pursues new growth opportunities.
