Mantis Innovation Acquires E4E Solutions To Expand Energy Efficiency Project Delivery Capabilities

By Amit Chowdhry • Jun 17, 2026

Mantis Innovation announced that it has acquired E4E Solutions, expanding its ability to design and implement complex mechanical and energy efficiency projects for clients.

The acquisition strengthens Mantis Innovation’s ability to support facility and energy initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from assessment and strategy through engineering, construction, and implementation.

E4E Solutions brings technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, energy assessments, and design-build project delivery. The company has experience delivering projects such as HVAC and central plant upgrades, system retrofits, and utility infrastructure modernization.

Mantis Innovation said the acquisition will help organizations reduce operating costs, improve facility performance, extend asset lifespans, and make more confident capital decisions. The combined organization will bring together capabilities across building controls, energy efficiency, energy advisory, facility management, engineering design, and project delivery.

The acquisition is particularly relevant for organizations managing large, distributed portfolios where mechanical systems, energy use, and capital planning are closely connected. With E4E Solutions’ expanded in-house engineering and delivery capabilities, Mantis Innovation said it will be better positioned to accelerate project timelines, improve scoping and design accuracy, and deliver more predictable outcomes.

Mantis Innovation plans to integrate E4E Solutions’ team and capabilities over the coming months, focusing on expanding technical depth, increasing delivery capacity, and maintaining service quality for clients of both organizations.
