Marble Law Expands Into Ohio With Family Law Services Across More Than 20 Counties

Marble Law has expanded into Ohio, bringing its fixed-price family law services and technology-enabled legal platform to clients across more than 20 counties in the state.

The launch includes service in Franklin, Cuyahoga, Hamilton, Lake, Lorain, and Butler counties, with additional statewide expansion planned. Marble will initially focus on helping Ohio clients navigate divorce and other family law matters through attorneys licensed in the state.

Marble has served more than 85,000 clients nationwide across family and immigration matters. Its network includes more than 600 experienced local attorneys, with clients working with lawyers online through a fixed-price model in which the cost of each legal service is agreed upon before work begins.

The company is positioning its model as an alternative to traditional hourly billing and large upfront retainers. Clients pay for individual legal services as needed, providing greater visibility into the expected cost of a case as it progresses.

Technology is also a central part of Marble’s offering. The company said its platform incorporates insights generated from more than 130,000 completed legal services to help clients better understand their legal path and next steps.

Through the Marble app, clients can monitor their case status and see upcoming steps. Marble Assistant, an attorney-trained AI system, is designed to help clients access information about their case outside normal office hours while continuing to work directly with their attorney.

Marble cited growing self-representation within Ohio’s legal system as one factor supporting the expansion. In 2025, self-represented litigants accounted for 54.4% of general cases filed with the Supreme Court of Ohio, according to the company.

Ohio represents the latest market in Marble’s broader U.S. expansion strategy. The company plans to enter additional states while continuing to develop its combination of local legal representation, fixed pricing, and digital case-management tools.

KEY QUOTES:

“I’ve spent my career practicing family law in Ohio, and one thing hasn’t changed: clients want to know what’s happening with their case without having to chase someone down for an answer. With Marble, my clients can see where things stand in the app at any time, and that kind of visibility has genuinely changed how I’m able to support them.”
