Marco Sealing Solutions, an Align Capital Partners portfolio company, announced the acquisition of Pride Seals, strengthening its position as a provider of engineered sealing solutions across industrial end markets.
The acquisition expands Marco’s product portfolio, technical expertise, and customer reach while enhancing its ability to serve customers with specialty sealing products and services. Pride Seals has built a reputation as a trusted supply partner offering deep inventory, fast fulfillment, and responsive customer support across multiple industries.
Through the transaction, Pride Seals customers will gain access to Marco’s broader product selection, global sourcing capabilities, and extensive inventory network, creating opportunities to streamline procurement and improve operational efficiency.
Marco Sealing Solutions CEO Chad Smith said the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy of delivering expertise, product availability, and customer service.
The deal marks the eighth acquisition completed since Marco partnered with Align Capital Partners. Marco said it will continue pursuing a disciplined growth strategy focused on expanding its global sourcing network, digital capabilities, and value-added services. Chris Jones, Matt Bowen, Brad Mundt, and Andrew Ameen worked alongside Marco management on the transaction.
