Maridea Wealth Management has acquired Pultro Financial Management, which manages approximately $217 million in client assets, establishing Maridea’s first presence in Pennsylvania.
Pultro Financial Management is a family-led independent wealth management practice based in New Britain, Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia area.
The firm specializes in behavioral finance, retirement planning, investment management, insurance planning and college savings for individuals, families and professionals.
PFM was founded by Michael Pultro, who has spent approximately 40 years in the financial industry.
His nephew Brian Pultro joined the practice under his mentorship and has served as a financial advisor for the past 11 years. Brian also recently retired as a Commander in the U.S. Navy following 20 years of service and four overseas deployments.
Michael and Brian Pultro will join Maridea as Senior Investment Advisors and continue leading the practice alongside Donna Mannas and Stephanie Gillard.
PFM clients will continue working with the same advisory team from the same New Britain office while gaining access to Maridea’s tax services, investment research capabilities and broader planning infrastructure.
The acquisition expands Maridea to Pennsylvania as the firm continues building a national wealth management platform.
Maridea now operates 12 offices with more than 60 professionals managing approximately $1.8 billion in assets.
