Mark43 has acquired ForceMetrics, expanding its public safety technology platform with additional capabilities for connecting fragmented data and turning it into real-time operational intelligence. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ForceMetrics develops technology that brings together information across public safety systems, jurisdictions and different generations of technology.
Its Velocity platform connects information from computer-aided dispatch, records management and other systems and makes it searchable and analyzable for frontline personnel and command staff.
Mark43’s platform focuses on collecting and managing public safety data across dispatch, emergency response, investigations and records management.
The companies believe combining those capabilities can create a broader data foundation for agencies while allowing information to be used directly within CAD and RMS workflows.
ForceMetrics will continue supporting its existing customers and working across the different systems and technologies used by public safety agencies.
The acquisition follows a strategic partnership announced by Mark43 and ForceMetrics in May 2026.
ForceMetrics founders Andre McGregor, Chris Kersulic, Brendan Cronin, Shane McGregor and Jason Truppi will join Mark43 with the broader team.
Mark43 currently serves more than 300 state, local and federal public safety agencies.
