MarketFully Expands Global Footprint With Acquisition Of Social Element

MarketFully has acquired Social Element, a global social media agency known for its expertise in social strategy, community engagement, influencer management, and social-first creative. The deal advances MarketFully’s effort to build an expanded AI-powered InContent Marketing platform that spans multilingual web content, branded community engagement, and global social media activation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition allows MarketFully to integrate Social Element’s longstanding social media capabilities into its fast-evolving suite of multilingual marketing solutions. MarketFully, which has combined MotionPoint’s web localization offering with additional investments in multilingual content and AI-driven content creation through Key Content and MarketFully.AI, now aims to offer a deeper end-to-end content ecosystem that enhances global discoverability and strengthens brand communities across platforms.

Following the acquisition, Social Element’s leadership team will remain in place as the company expands its international offerings under the MarketFully umbrella. Founder Tamara Littleton will continue as an advisor, Ashley Cooksley will serve as CEO, Linn Frost will assume the role of Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, and Wendy Christie will continue as Chief People Officer. Social Element customers will now also have access to the MF.AI platform to drive greater efficiencies across multilingual campaigns.

The acquisition marks the latest move in MarketFully’s long-term strategy to unite complementary capabilities to meet growing global demand for culturally relevant, AI-enhanced content. MarketFully’s backer, Lightview Capital, highlighted the alignment between the company’s approach and the needs of brands operating across countries and cultures.
